PulseCore

CRM & Business Finance System

The financial spine of a services business — customers, contracts, invoicing, commissions and payroll in one auditable system.

The month at a glance — collections, receivables and margin.

The problem it solves

Most growing businesses run their money on spreadsheets. Invoices live in one file, commission calculations in another, payroll in a third — and by month end none of them agree. Every question about cash takes a day of reconciliation to answer.

PulseCore replaces that sprawl with a single connected system. Customers, contracts, payments, expenses, commissions and payroll all reference the same records, so the numbers reconcile by construction rather than by effort.

Capabilities

What it does

The parts of PulseCore that do the work.

Customer and contract lifecycle

Track every customer from first agreement through plan changes, refunds and settlements, with the full history attached to the record.

Invoicing and e-signature

Issue receipts and proformas as branded PDFs, and send contracts for signature with a public signing link and a complete audit trail.

Payments and installments

Record payments across cash, bank, cheque and card, split them into installment plans, and capture an exchange-rate snapshot on every transaction.

Commission engine

Define tiered commission rules once, then let the ledger track what is earned against what is actually paid — including adjustments and drift detection.

Payroll

Run monthly payroll with advances, deductions and printable payslips, driven by the attendance record so nothing is keyed twice.

Expenses and treasury

Categorise expenses by entity, schedule recurring bills with reminders, and reconcile partner accounts, transfers and withdrawals.

Analytics that answer questions

Receivables aging, revenue by channel, unit economics and margin — surfaced as dashboards instead of assembled on request.

Exports and scheduled backup

Export any dataset to spreadsheet, and keep a scheduled full-system backup so the record of the business is never trapped in one place.

Role-based access

Invite-only membership with roles enforced at the database layer, plus a presentation mode that masks sensitive figures for screen sharing.

Invoicing and contracts

Invoices and signed contracts live on the same record.

Payroll runs

Payroll runs from the attendance record, deduction by deduction.

How it works

From setup to running

  1. 01

    Model the business

We map your customers, plans, commission rules and payroll policy into the system so it reflects how you actually operate.

  2. 02

    Run the money through it

Invoices, payments, expenses and contracts flow through one path, each writing to the same set of records.

  3. 03

    Close the month

Commission and payroll runs draw on that shared ledger, so closing is a review step rather than a reconstruction.

  4. 04

    See the whole picture

Dashboards and exports read from the same source, which means the report and the ledger can never disagree.

Questions

About PulseCore

Can PulseCore work with our existing accounting software?

Yes. PulseCore is the operational layer — customers, contracts, commissions and payroll — and exports cleanly into whatever ledger your accountants use. We map the export format to your chart of accounts during setup.

How are commission rules handled if ours are unusual?

Commission rules are configured, not hard-coded. Tiered slabs, per-product rates and manual adjustments are all supported, and the earned-versus-paid ledger keeps the two sides reconciled as rules change.
